Suggest Remedy Painful Locking Ankles

I have been having problem on and off with my ankles locking with pain, unable to walk for just a few seconds as too painful. Had esr tests 1st reading 39mm 2nd test 14mm. I am female aged 55yrs.This pain is also in right shoulder and down arm which is weak and begun also in left shoulder. Wondered why test raised then low?

Hi,

Alone E.S.R can't tell much.

You should get C.R.P, serum uric acid, RA factor quantitative, fasting blood sugar levels done and send me the report.

Till then you can take declofenac + thiocochicoside combination three times a day by prescription of your family doctor.
