Suggest Remedy For Wounds In Ear With Puss Discharge

I ve had my second hole ear piercing for about a year and recently it has been hurting and stings whenever I touch the ear. This morning I put hydrogen peroxide on it and noticed green puss oozing out of the hole at the time. What should I do to treat it?

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice prescribe you
Ointment Metrogyl p or Neosporin H twice daily &
daily cleaning with antiseptic solution .
