Suggest Remedy For Vomiting And Disorientation After Suffering Concussion

On Sunday I was working and had a top heavy wine cooler tip over and hit me on the head. I was briefly knocked out and had a bump but never went to the doctor. The following few days I was disoriented, I vomited a few times, I had trouble understanding. My guess is a concussion. I was able to start eating again on Thursday and am feeling much better. Even the headache has improved. But a couple times today I get a distinct smell of burnt toast. Should this be worrisome to me? I ve heard it can mean some scary things..

Hi

When ever there is a head injury there are chances of the trauma inside the skull and this will inturn lead to increased intracranial pressure and that may lead to vomitting

If you are getting smell of burn toast then it is called olfactory hallucinations which generally is seen in the brain disorders

However it is suggested to get a MRI brain done to rule out any organic cause

Wish You Good Health

Regards
