Suggest Remedy For Uncontrolled BP

For the past 6 weeks my doctor has been trying to get my bp under control. It s been running above normal. I m now taking 50 mg. metoprolol 1 x a day, and .1 mg clonidine 2 x day. BP is still not controlled. When I walk the dog in the yard, I notice shortness of breath and extreme weakness in my shoulders and neck muscles. When I get to the house, my BP is running in the 93/48 area with heart rate of 69. If I sit for 10-15 minutes, it goes back to like 135/69. The last few days, every time my shoulders start to feel tired, I check, and sure enough, my BP is on the lower side. Any ideas?
