I threw up last night (from nerves) and now I have these awful red splotches on my face. I figured they would go away overnight, but they didn t. I have to be ready for school in an hour. How do I get rid of them or make them a little better in the next hour?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have red splotches on face is mainly due to allergy from climatic condition or any new use of product cosmetic product. it could be due to seborrheic dermatitis. Need not to worry about it. I would suggest you to apply topical steroid such as fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream, two times daily. Wash your face with plain water. You should use topical immunomodulator like pimecrolimus. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight. Use medicated sunscreen Tancare. Take diet rich in fluids. Take diet rich in iron, vitamin B12. Visit dermatologist once if symptoms keeps on persisting and go for chemical peeling.
