Suggest Remedy For The Open Sore On The Foreskin Of A Toddler
my 2 year old son has a big open sore on his foreskin. i have been changing his cloth diapers regularly and using an herbal salve to help heal it, but it seems to just be getting worse and more painful. what could this be and what should i do to help him?

Keep the area clean and dry as far as possible. Apply Fusidic acid ointment twice daily for 5 days. Give Paracetamol for pain. If no relief in 3-5 days, kindly consult your pediatrician for further management.
