Welcome to Health care magic.

1. The imaging findings are clearly mentioned bilateral bulky ovaries with features of polycystic ovarian disease.
2. Conceiving with out treating the PCOD will be difficult.
3.A hormonal treatment like metformin or clomiphene will be given.
4.A regular followup pelvic ultrasound will help. Weight-reduction is good but its not only the cause.
5.Uterine swelling is also a concern - it could be adenomyosis - its uterine inflammatory cause - which may need treatment and followup. Good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
