OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Unprotected intercourse can lead to vaginal infection and urinary tract infection.
This can lead to vaginal soreness, burning sensation in vagina and slight bleeding.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined internally and get appropriate treatment timely.
Urine infection should be ruled out by urine examination.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
