Welcome to health care magic.
1.According to me you have done very wrong thing one can do. It can not be done in such way. Probably you have caused an infection by your deed. However what to to ?
2.If you are my patient i would have examined and ask for the
ultrasound scan.
3.Ultrasound scan will assess the cause of swelling and where the swelling, is it in the skin of the
scrotum changes in the scrotal sac with increased collection, involvement of the testis itself need to be assessed. If fluid what kind ( infective nature or clear fluid)
4.Testicles blood supply,
epididymis status, chord status, vessels will be assessed.
5.So recommend you leave your embarrassment and get an appointment and see your GP and get needful scan and treatment done. other wise it will complicate and get worse. Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query.
Any thing to ask do not hesitate. Thank you.
