Suggest Remedy For Swelling Black Spot On Body After An Insect Bite

hi, I don t know what bite me, but my around is a black spot and I have a bubble of a knot that s swollen and it was huge two days ago. and on my back I have 3 small bumps close to each other. I was outside last Saturday and a few days later this happen. im not in pain but it feels like it s something sticking me.

Hello,

You have swollen black spot on the body and back after insect bite. Take care of your hygiene. Take a thorough bath with antibacterial soap and wear soft clean cotton clothes. Change your clothes everyday and avoid wearing clothes on which you have sweated. Do not scratch or touch, as it may cause spread of the infection or allergy.

Apply ointment hydrocortisone on the area affected for relieve and you can also apply lacto calamine or Soframycin ointment on the affected area. Take non sedating antihistamine orally, once daily for 5 (five) days. It will help to reduce allergic symptoms of swelling/soreness, redness or inflammation. Stay away from smoking, drugs or alcohol. It should reduce the symptoms, if not you can take a course of Doxycyline 100mg or get clinically examined by a Dermatologist.
