Suggest Remedy For Stomach Cramps Causing Frequent Bowel Movements

i am experiencing stomach cramps that encourage me to have a bowel movement but when I try very little happens. Usually if I have diarea I will get much more coming out. Added to the issue is I have eaten beets that sometimes results in red stool. The redness I observed tonight seems excessive and might be blood.

Hi

Abdominal cramps, frequent bowel movements immediately after eating can represent irritable bowel syndrome.

Diarrhoea may also be caused due to colitis which refers to mild infection and inflammation of the bowel.Regular Probiotics can be taken thrice daily to improve bowel health and increase beneficial bacteria.

Avoid beet containing food for a few days and watch for any red colored stool or blood in stool.Piles,Anal fissures or bleeding peptic ulcer should be ruled out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
