Suggest Remedy For Stomach Ailments

Dear Doctor, I am 44 yaers old, weight is 81Kg and height is 66Inches. I am suffering from GAstric problems since i was 20 years old. My weight was 93Kg in 2009 and iwas redusced with in year and now on 81Kg.This is done by exervises and dieting. My problem is that have stomach gas, if gases are passesw frequnetly, me ok sme times gas not passes and stored in stomach and size of my belly increases.When i statred exercise now i am felling some time breathng probblems. I try one time RED KOREAN GINSENG EXTRACT , after this eating i feel good no gas in stomach then i started Abdominal exercises now i am feeling breathing problem. I am aslo social drinker of wine, beer and whisky.I am also smoker and chew the tobbaco and now stopped since last five months. I have also not good sleep wake all the night . Plesae give me advise

Hello,

Possible from various issues of intestine flora disturbances along with digestive enzymes and motility related problems. Primary working guidelines for a better outcome
-Prefer soft, light, bland, vegan diet till possible.
-Consume more of whole grains, cereals, pulses, legumes, organic fresh fruits.
-Avoid all oily, spicy, nonveg, hot beverages, junk foods, carbonated drinks.
-Avoid overeating, prolong fasting.
-Avoid resting up to two hours after meals.
-Fix your timing of breakfast, lunch, dinner till possible.
-Avoid late-night parties, dinners.
-Keep the head end of the bed elevated for 30 degrees when resting.

-Have regular walking in the fresh air, exercises, YOGA.
-Avoid smoking, alcohol if consuming.
-Avoid stress, anxiety.
-Manage to have a regular sound sleep of eight hours.
-Intake of Proton pump inhibitors as omeprazole or pantoprazole on empty
-Stomach one hour prior to lunch; antacid syrups as Mylanta or others according to the advise of your doctor helps.
-Keep your blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, body weight under control.
-Later on, may need an ultrasound or upper GI endoscopy according to the progress.
