Suggest Remedy For Sore Throat With Yellow Mucus

A week ago I had symptoms of sore throat. I coughed and sneezed up a lot of yellow mucus. My sore throat is gone but now I am having intense pain on the left side of my mouth. My gums are sore and the pain is traveling to my ear and head. When I blow my nose, it still comes up thick and yellow. I wondering if the infection is traveling.

HI
Well come to HCM
Looking to your history given here, I could say that this could be respiratory infection and in my opinion this can be well treated with Tab Azithromycin 500 mg once in day for three days, Tab Loratidine with pseudoephedrine three times in day, for one week, hope this information helps.
