Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Blowing hard could damage already congested mucosa and lead to bleeding. So, avoid blowing hard. Nothing to worry, you will be fine.
I recommend the following.
1) Continue and finish the antibiotic course.
2) Analgesics like tablet
paracetamol for pain relief.
3) Antihistaminics like tablet levocetrizine with
phenylephrine for sinus congestion.
3) Salt water gargling.
4) Steam inhalation. It will improve sinus drainage and promote sinus ventilation and relieve congestion.
5) fluticasone propionate
nasal spray i usually advice in
allergic rhinitis. This is characterized by excessive sneezing,
nasal congestion, itching, watering of eyes.
You will be fine.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help you.
Wish you a good health and speedy recovery.
Regards,
