Suggest Remedy For Sore, Painful Lump On Throat While On Antibiotics For Bronchitis

I have frequent bronchitis, almost twice per year now. I just got over a 6 week spell of coughing, sore throat and lots of thick green sputum. I went on vacation after taking antibiotics for about 2 days and seemed to be healing nicely after about 5 days away. The day after I got home I began to feel a sore lump in the back of my throat again. the sputum is clear to white, I m still on antibiotics, and it seems to worsen every time I lay down. Am I being reinfected with the same thing as before? What is causing this? Why does the painful lump in my throat seem to worsen with lying in my bed?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, allergic condition may be very likely, but for the safe side x- ray of the chest need to be done if this is being not done, along with this routine blood test is also advisable, I would advise "Tab Loratadine with Pseudoephedrine" three times in day till then, hope this information helps, take care.
I find this answer helpful
