Suggest Remedy For Sore Labia

It involves the labia and my guess is that it s extremely irritated from my clothing being too tight and also the heat in Fl., which is where I live. No, it s not an itch, not yeast infection. Just very sore from the front of the labia, both sides, to the back. I ve tried Neosporin and a script prescription cream called Mupirocin. Neither seems to have helped very much. Hopefully there is a home remedy type of cure that doesn t involve an RX. Well, that s it in a nutshell. Thanks for any advice.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Labia is very sensitive part. It can get irritated easily. It can be due to tight clothing or from the soaps you use to wash the area. PH changes also can affect. Avoid antibiotic creams like mupirocin or neosporin without doctors advise. Avoids soaps for washing the area and instead use saline or warm water. Using intimate wash daily also will be helpful in maintaining normal flora and PH. If still irritation is there then ointments or creams with combination of corticosteroid like beclamethasone and anti fungal like clotrimazole will be helpful.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
