General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms are referring bug bites, however, a photo of the affected skin area is highly recommended.

The patients should start taking anti-histaminic medication. Usually, the itching will go away after the third week.

If any sign of bacterial co-infection should discuss further with a dermatologist as might need prescription meds.

Wish fast recovery. Looking forward to having the requested photos in.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
