Suggest Remedy For Sharp Pains On The Left Side Of The Uterus

Im 19 years old the last time I had my period was April 20th I had spotting one day in may lasted a couple hours I had nothing in June, so i went to a womens care center after i took 3 home pregnancy tests and they came back negative but the one from the womens care center camr back negative as well and now on the left side of my uterus I m getting these sharp pains. I have been sexually active with my fiance. We re trying for a kid. The pain is crucial I breath or move it hurts.
