Suggest Remedy For Sharp Pain Under Shoulder Blades

I was in a car accident 10 years ago, broke my C 1, I now have sharp pains under my left shoulder blade around to my arm pit and into my upper chest. Feels at times I can t breathe. I have had Maris of my cervical and thoracic they say I have some bulging but nothing that should cause as much pain as I have. At times my pinky and ring finger kinda get numb, I ve searched years for answers doctors just give me pills and send me on my way,,, I ve looked up thoracic outlet syndrome which seems to have a lot of my symptoms. Also It at times affects my eyes and the left side of my face feels numb. At times I will get a few days out of the month with no pain but most generally it s always there.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to nerve compression syndrome from disc bulge. As MRI gives such picture it can be that only. Neuropathic pain can be worse. Consultations with orthopedic surgeon and neurologist is well appreciated. If you were my patient with such condition i would manage with NSAIDs like Ketoprofen or Opiods like oxycodone , muscle relaxants like cyclobenzaprine and neurotropics like pregabalin and mecobalamin. I also recommend physiotherapy and muscle strengthening exercises along with this.
