General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of doughy mass all across the center of stomach, sharp pains, 4 weeks of feeling weak, sharp pains at night, vomiting...
I would advise you the following:
- Doughy mass is more suggestive of Tuberculosis and hence shall concentrate on this point.
Another reason is worms.
Hence Enteroclysis mean following the intestines with contrast medium by X-rays or CT scan helps.
CT scan helps to identify the causes in most of the cases.
Tests of blood : routine BC and for TB ; tests of stool and urine.
Clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon helps for clinical diagnosis, correlation between all the findings to give the final diagnosis and get a proper treatment.
I find this answer helpful
