Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
I understand the pain whch you are going through.

All the pain management medications that are typically used to help with sciatica pain, which are: -Medications:
1) Tylenol (acetaminphen): Should be easily accessible as it is mild and does not have any serious side effects to it at all

2) Naproxen: Is in my opinion the best pain management medication for sciatica,

3) Ibuprofen: Also quite effective, but may be slightly difficult to access.

Apart from medications ,you will also require certain measure which will help you to relieve from sciatic pain.

i) Warm compress: Apply for 15 minutes every 3 hours b. Do not sit for prolonged periods. Keep introducing short walks in between long duration's of sitting

ii) Choose between sitting and standing if you have an option. Avoid sitting if you can stand .

You can consult physician or neuro-physician for further advice.

Please feel free to ask me for any further clarifications.

Regards,
