Suggest Remedy For Severe Leg Pain
I experienced what I believe to be a charley horse after swimming about 25 laps. My muscle was visible under my skin and was balled to about the size of a baseball. I am used to charley horses but have NEVER experienced anything like this. This happened about 17 hours ago and I can still barely use my leg due to pain. What should I do?
