Suggest Remedy For Severe Headache Across The Forehead

hi, i have had severe head pain across forehead for the past 2 days. i have taken Excedrin Migraine and Alleve but no relief. I have also placed warm cloth on head......checked blood pressure and it is in line. any ideas what i can do to help relieve pain? I am concerned that i am having an aneurysm

I went through the history and it seems you are having severe headache. The causes for severe headache are migraine, sinusitis, refractive errors...
Aneurysms are relatively rare causes for headache and if the common causes which are mentioned above are not found then we need to investigate by CT scan and other tests for further evaluation. Hence I advice you not to worry but to get evaluation to rule out these common causes for headache.
Do consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly depending on the underlying cause.
