good day doctor, i have consulted a dermatologist here at manila at a local skin clinic, with regards to severe and deep facial scars due to my longtime battle with acne. What the doctor recommended me is a treatment called "DERMAROLLER". she said that regular peeling treatments like diamond peel won't work due to the depth of each scars. Unfortunately, the cost of six sessions of the treatment would cost 700 dollars. I really want to seek treatment, because through the years of battle with acne I have lost so much of myself, emotionally. Unfortunately, the treatment is too costly, and since I am just 20 years old, I am afraid, our family cannot afford the treatment. Could you recommend some other treatments available in manila, that could be more affordable but as affective as the dermaroller? thanks doctor.
