Suggest Remedy For Sensitive Skin And Acne

i have sensitive skin and am suffering from acne ..as i have consulted a dermatologist she suggested me retino ac and clear gel for my skin . its already working well on my skin but i need a antibiotic for my skin which can help me to improve redness and work on the infected area . will you please suggest me antibiotic tablet for my sensitive skin and acne.

Thank you for query.You can try with topical clindamycin gels as antibiotic in the mornings along with retinoic acid creams.usually retinoic acid creams cause redness or exfoliations.you need time to get adjusted to it.you may use some moisturisers if too much exfoliation.Consult dermatologist if does not subside for too long
