its kinda embarrassing to say but im really concerned about it ok... i have a scabby flake like substance on my penis it starts at the head and stops a little way down and its goinng around but not all the way to the back side of it... it leves cuts on my penis and it itches... the same substance is on my leg one spot not big and in my left ear but when i get out the shower its gone but when i dry off it comes back...
