Suggest Remedy For Right Sided Pain In The Ribs Upon Deep Inhalation

Last evening I began to have slight right sided postolateral rib pain with inspiration. It woke me up this morning at 3 AM and was much worse. Could not get back to sleep and the pain is aggravated by lying on the right side or even supine. It was much more painful to take deep inspirations or cough. Took 3 ibuprofen at 3 AM and the pain abated about 5 AM and then returned at 1 PM. Have taken more ibuprofen since then and there is still pain with deep inspiration or coughing. Rate the pain at 6/10. It is only mildly tender to palpation.
