Hello, I understand your concern for reoccurring boils on feet with pigmentation. It appears from your query that you have repeated episodes of the vesicular eruptions. You have not mentioned your age, sex and occupation so that I could have helped you better. In your kind of cases I prefer to go for blood sugar fasting and post prandial level as this is the main cause of eruptions in middle aged persons. In my patients I suggest them to reduce weight if on higher side. I suggest my patients to apply a mild steroid lotion such as desonide for few days of period. For maintenance therapy if I were your treating doctor then would have prescribed you an antibiotic cream containing mupirocin or fucidin or gentamycin to be applied at night time. Do not apply high potency steroids such as clobetasol as can cause more damage or any other medicated cream without medical supervision. For pigmentaion I would have suggested a cream containing kojic acid. All the best.
