Suggest Remedy For Recurring Rash In The Groin Area

I have a rash in my groin area and on my testicles. The rash has raised bumps of raw skin and whe I sweat it feels like battery acid. I have tried different powders and sprays and ointments. They all seem to work for awhile. I walk constantly for my job and it is becoming a neusince. And advise would be a great help.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I understand your concern.
The rash you have can be allergic or fungal in origin.
- avoiding allergens .. synthetic undergarments/soap/ talcum powder.along with use of steroid skin ointment help.
- anti fungal ointments are to be used for prolonged time to remove the infection are used for fungal infections.Keeping skin dry/ avoid sweating helps.
* oral medicines are to be taken if needed with consultation of a skin specialist.( anti allergic/ antibiotic/ anti fungal )
Thanks.
