Suggest Remedy For Recurring Muscle Spasms In Lower Back

i am taking naproxen because i have been experiencing painfull back spasms i am on my third week of taking tablets but iam still getting back spasms and it feels like stomache pain naproxen takes the egde of the pain but not totally should i go back and see my doctor

I have gone through your question and I can understand your concern.
I think you have acute gastritis due to use of naproxen for a long-term relief of back pain. In such cases, I do recommend to my patients Ranitidine 150 mg twice daily, 30 minutes before the meals. If you have severe stomache pain and vomiting that persists you should see your doctor or go to ER. Muscle relaxants like diazepam (Valium) and baclofen (Lioresal) may be helpful to relief of back spasms.
