General & Family Physician 's  Response
Most common cause of diarrhoea in infant is infection due to poor hygiene.

At three months of age, baby must be given breast feeding only. If that is not possible due to unavoidable circumstances proper hygienic care must be taken while preparing feed for the child.

Proper hand wash should be done.

Bottle should be boiled after cleaning.

Care should be taken so that child does not take toys to mouth.

Consult paediatrician to find out if any other reason for diarrhoea and to get treatment for this episode of diarrhoea.

Feel free to ask if any queries.

Hope this advice helped you.
