My grandmother ..has a rushes ....so thick dark skin in the middle- upper part of her butt which causes itchyness and sometimes it looks like dead skin..so dark and itchy...hope you help us and share to us the cure of this problem..thank you very much..

It seems that this might be due to friction rub and part remain in constant contact with the stuff she sits or lying down.
She might be having some skin infection like fungal infection or dermatitis.
Apply triple action cream on the part.
Avoid more perspiration.
