Suggest Remedy For Racy Heart Along With Tingling On Arms

My husband has been vomiting and has almost fainted a few times in the past 12 hours and he s seems to be running a fever with chills. He is complaining of his heart racing and both arms tingling and he has a throbbing pain under his right rib. Thought it was a stomach virus. Does he need to go to the ER

If the symptoms of syncope is there then this need to be investigated for underlying cause and CT head, EKG, blood glucose test need to be done without this nothing can be said, if these turned unremarkable then no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care.
