Suggest Remedy For Purple Mark On Wrist

I was skating and fell of a ramp and landed on my inner wrist. A bone looks like it popped out and was sticking out of my wrist a little bit. It went back in. Now there is a purple mark that appears to be a blown vein or something. Any help would be great.

Hi welcome to health care magic . After going through your query I think there may be ligament injury or fracture. You need xray and mri of wrist. If there is tear or fracture of bone it may require surgical treatment. If there is no fracture you require rest, ice fomentation, analgesics for some days. You need not to worry about bluish mark it will go away subsequently. Hope your query has been answered. Thanks.
