General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think that the premature ejaculation you are having may be closely related to frequent masturbation and psychological issues. You may need to stop masturbating too often. Talk to your partner to help you with it. You need to do behavioural therapy. You can use foreplay and avoid sex for a while. You can visit a sex therapist also.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
