Suggest Remedy For Premature Ejaculation While Having High BP

Sir I am 45 year young male suffering from undiagnoise abdomen pain after that I am suffering from high blood pressure problem. My BP raises at any time While sleeping at midnight It stuck to 170/110mmhg at that stage no medicine effect on it. After this I met a new problem that is eaely discgharge and sometimes when I take some time in sex my penis errection goes down tell me what should I do

Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the on & off high blood pressure episodes with abdomen pain, not controlling by conventional anti hypertensive medications is matter of concern.

* The reasons behind this might be varied , but most prominent issue sounds renovascular hypertension and essential hypertension.

* In my clinic, after thorough systemic examination, I do recommend complete work up with

- hemogram and serum electrolytes

- lipid profile
- HBA1c level
- chest x-ray (PA)
- EKG
- doppler ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis

Without diagnosis of high BP reason, it is not recommended to use any of the medication stimulating penis such as Viagra or others which may provoke very dangerous results.
