Suggest Remedy For Pinching Sensation In The Penis
I have a pintching sensation off and on through out the day underneath my penis on a scale of 1being the least painful it goes up to a 3 it comes and it goes throughout the day do I have an irritation or is it something else I ve been checked twice for std an everything came out good so what could it be ?

As your STD panel is negative this might be a nerve related issue. Were I your doctor, I would have ruled out history of trauma. I would have advised you to get a colour Doppler of penis and scrotum to rule out any blood flow anomaly and then proceeded according to the results.
