Suggest Remedy For Pimples
i am having pimples on my skin ,reddish big and small both and my age is 15.I am using some types of creams which helps to reduce pimples such as betnovate n , pernex 2.5 % , retino. But they are not helping in reducing pimples actually they are increasing day by day so help me by suggesting some good cream

Hi,
Acne vulgaris is a multifactorial disease. Factors like stress,anxiety,poor immunity,poor hygiene,oily food,sleeplessness,sun exposure,travelling,drug like steroid....etc may cause or exacerbate the disease. Genetic factor may be there. You consult dermatologist.Antibiotic like minocycline or azithromycine may be taken fore long time in proper dose. Clindamycine gel in morning and adapalene gel at night on lesions for long time might improve the disease. Avoid stress and worries. Cleanse the face with antiseptic like cetaphil lotion. You might be benefitted after few months treatment.. Never use steroid cream like betnovate, you used..as it may cause side effects like atrophy,discoloration, telangiectesia.. etc.I hope you yot my answer.
