Hello. Thank you for contacting HCM. Piles and anal tear due to constipation are common during and post pregnancy because of the pressure effects. If I were your treating physician I would recommend the following course of treatment: 1. Lignocaine gel before and after passing stool. 2. Laxative syrup 3 tbsp daily at bed time. 3. Sitz bath i.e to sit in a warm tub of water for 15 mins daily....it promotes healing and maintains good hygiene of that area. 4. Increase intake of fruits and vegetables and maintain a good hydration level. If the symptoms persist after 3 weeks treatment please consult your local physician for clinical evaluation and further treatment accordingly. I hope this answers your question.
