Suggest Remedy For Persistent Post Nasal Drip From Severe Sinusitis
I have bad sinus problems am 69 yrs old fir the past week I have been fighing it. Using musinex DM Flonase am inhaler but the raspy mess keeps come back. I am better but can t seem to fully shake it and constantly draining. Do you think I need an antibiotic I don t just run to get one but getting concerned now

What medications you are taking for sinusitis is alright and you need to continue with it.
Kindly take the following medications for your problem of post-nasal drip.
1. Tablet. Levocetrizine 10 mg once a day for 15 days.
2. Syrup. Ambroxyl 5 ml thrice daily.
Antibiotics need to be taken only when there are signs of infection.
