I'm 31 years old, no contraceptive, married. My cycle has always been very regular but for the last several months has been late (by weeks or months) and now I've been on a period for almost an entire month. A heavy one for over 2 wks and then spotting after. When I wipe, there is sometimes fresh red blood and other times old brown blood. Also some tissue mixed in with my urine. No pain, just some cramping and a dull ache on my right lower side.
