Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of fissures, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid spicy foods and avoid fast foods. Take a healthy diet full of green leafy vegetables to avoid constipation.
2. Apply a lignocaine plus calcium dobisilate cream like Osil cream twice daily on it.
3. Have a bath with hot water in bath tub to have proper cleaning of that region.
4. Other treatment options are oral calcium dobisilate, oral NSAID and oral antibiotics taken only after consulting a dermatologist or surgeon.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
