Suggest Remedy For Painless Red Spot On Penis

I have a painless small red spot on penis head that I think may be psoriasis but not really sure. The spot is about 1/4 of an inch long by 1/8 inch wide. Ive been putting cortizone cream which seems to be working but its been about 3 weeks and it has gotten a little better but has not completely healed. I ve had no other symptoms. What could this be?
