Suggest Remedy For Painful Stomach With Spasms, Diarrhea And Acidity

Dear Doctor, Several months I suffer from my colon, I have diarrhea with acid, I took bedelix, salazopyrin, zantac for 1 week, no result, so the doctor gave me bedelix, duspatalin 135, esoze 20mg for 3 weeks then, a little change so, I decided to do a colonoscopy, NORMAL result but I need to control my food I took débridât,magné b6, dexpure 10 for 1 week Now I am suffering from my stomach(painful) with lots of spasm in the morning mainly, currently I take magne b6, disflatyl, esoze 20mg, pain still continues with spasms. At the pharmacy, I was advise to take rabtas d, for 3 days, I still have pain stomach and spasm, after 4 days at the pharmacy are told to take dicetel 50mg and gaviscon advance. Noted your history diarrhea with aid, took Bedelix, Salazopyrine, Zantac without any results, hence another set of medications as mentioned by you, Colonoscopy is normal, now have pains in the morning, advised to take Dicetel 50.
My thoughts after reading your history carefully:
This looks to be due to an infection.
I would advise you the following:
Get the stool tests for three consecutive days.
Tests of blood to see for infection.
C-reactive proteins helps to see for any infection.
Get a course of an antibiotic and Metronidazole.
Activated charcoal helps.
I hope this should help you the best.
Take an opinion of a Gastroenterologist.
