General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a skin infection. I suggest to clean the area with hydrogen peroxide.

I also suggest to cover it with Neosporin cream which is an antibiotic cream. I recommend to maintain a good hygiene and wear loose clothes to avoid sweating.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
