Suggest Remedy For Painful Legs During Spondylitis

I have anklosing spondylitis and for about a month now a wake up and can barely put weight on my legs when I get out of bed upon weakening. One time I collapsed trying to stand up after sleeping the night. My legs feel very heavy and weak when I first wake up.as I move throughout the day they are fine.
