Suggest Remedy For Painful Knot On Head After Having Dizziness And Fall

I passed out 3 days ago in my bathroom I was getting out of tub and became very hot and then dizzy the next thing I knew I was getting off floor. I must have hit my head very hard on floor I have a knot and has been hurting very bad . I don t have medical ins. at this time what should I do. Should I have it looked at for internal bleeding or what?
