Suggest Remedy For Pain On Top Of The Knee
while playing basketball with my nephew a couple of years ago. I tried too drive to the right my right knee popped. since then when I exercise, walk, if I do squats I get some swelling and instability in my knee. then I get sharp stabbing pain on the top inside and top of right knee

I think you can go to an orthopedist to check the knee conditions. You may need to do an x-ray of the knee. I think it can be an issue with the meniscus.
