Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Testicles

I'm a 33-yr old male (5'9", a somewhat dense/muscular build at 175 lbs with no looks of being fat; pretty clean medical history) and used to masturbate quite frequently (once a day, more or less) since I was 8 yrs old until I recently decided to quit for religious reasons and because I find I tend to have more control over myself in all areas of life when I don't masturbate. I've been married for six years (and three young kids later) and due to recent relationship issues with my wife, I'm not getting any relief/ejaculation. After 5 to 7 days of no relief, I get a full feeling in my testicles which becomes annoyingly painfull in what I'm guessing are the testicular "tubes". If prolonged enough, even my lower back begins to ache and I get kind of cranky (so I understand how my wife likely feels with PMS). I'l get this way quicker if sexually aroused (which seems annoyingly easy, even if I'm just being touched by her in a non-sexual way). If my wife is not understanding enough right now of my issues & isn't willing to help me out every week or more often, is there something I can do other than sleeping (which helps most of the time) or taking 400 mg of Ibuprofen every time it starts (which generally helps, 30 minutes to an hour after taking it)?

Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand and share your concern.
Let me clarify, there's no testicular 'tubes', causing your discomfort.
Masturbation isn't the cause for your discomfort either.
Taking Ibuprofen randomly is a risky habit,to be stopped at once,as it can damage your kidneys.Exercising, meditation or yoga, help many people.
You should see an Urologist, and get examined. A scrotal ultrasound doppler scan, to confirm, there's no problem,in the testis, may be advisable.
Sexual arousal in men, is a normal observation. If you've any doubts, you may send it as a direct question to me.
