Suggest Remedy For Pain In Penis When Foreskin Is Pulled Back

I am 23 and I have small penis, the routine problem. It measures not more than 3.5 inches when erect. I know size does n't matter much. But.. should I be concerned about it? Also, I can not pull back the skin on my penis if it is erected. It hurts if I try so. Would this trouble me during intercourse? Is intercourse possible without the skin being pulled back - in both cases of with and with out condomn? PS.. I masturbate v frequently...thrice in 2 days, I should say..would this effect in any way?
